Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the refund and cancellation policies for AlQudsTech applications and services. We are committed to customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases made through our applications or services are subject to this Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined here.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Time Frame

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date for one-time purchases, or within 7 days of the subscription renewal date for subscription-based services.

3. App Store Purchases

3.1 Google Play Store

If you purchased our application through Google Play Store, refunds are subject to Google's refund policies. You must request refunds directly through Google Play Store:

  • Open the Google Play Store app
  • Go to Menu > Account > Order history
  • Find the order and select "Request a refund"
  • Or visit Google Play Support

Google typically allows refunds within 48 hours of purchase for most items. After this period, refund requests may be directed to us.

3.2 Apple App Store

If you purchased our application through Apple App Store, you must request refunds directly from Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.

4. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The purchase was made by mistake
  • The content was not delivered as promised
  • Technical issues prevented access to purchased content
  • There was an unauthorized transaction

5. Subscription Services

5.1 Free Trial Periods

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.

5.2 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until that time.

5.3 Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide prorated refunds in exceptional circumstances:

  • Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Significant changes to service features that were not communicated
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

6. How to Request a Refund

6.1 Direct Purchases

For purchases made directly through our website or application:

  2. Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or screenshots
  4. Allow up to 5-7 business days for review

When requesting a refund, please provide:

  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence if applicable

7. Refund Processing

7.1 Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will:

  • Acknowledge your request within 48 hours
  • Review the details and may request additional information
  • Provide a decision within 5-7 business days
  • Process approved refunds within 10 business days

7.2 Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7.3 Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on:

  • Time used before the refund request
  • Extent of service usage
  • Nature of the issue

8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

8.1 Promotional Purchases

Items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes may be subject to special refund terms. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

8.2 Bundle Purchases

Bundle purchases are typically non-refundable. However, if one component of a bundle is defective or unavailable, we may offer a partial refund or replacement.

8.3 Permanent Purchases

One-time purchases of permanent features or unlocks are generally non-refundable after 14 days, except in cases of technical failure or billing errors.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting us directly:

  • We will investigate the transaction
  • Your account may be suspended pending resolution
  • False chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
  • You may be liable for chargeback fees

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any payment disputes amicably.

10. Currency Exchange

For international transactions, refunds will be processed in the original currency. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for additional compensation.

11. Taxes and Fees

Refunds include the purchase price but may not include payment processing fees, taxes, or other charges that are non-recoverable. These amounts will be clearly communicated during the refund process.

12. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for refunds of any purchases or subscriptions.

13. Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

14. Regional Regulations

This policy complies with applicable consumer protection laws. If you are located in a region with stronger consumer protection laws (such as the EU), your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
